What is a Zip Line?
A zip line—also known as a Flying Fox or Slide for Life—is an exhilarating gravity-fueled ride using a steel cable and pulley system stretched between two points. Riders glide along the cable from a higher point to a lower point using only the force of gravity.
Today, zip lines are a key attraction at adventure parks, resorts, and eco-tourism destinations across the world — and are one of the fastest-growing adventure tourism activities in Asia.

Site Selection
Choosing the right site is the foundation of a successful zip line installation.
We help you identify the ideal location with:
A clear runway between two strong anchor points
Adequate slope for smooth, gravity-powered rides
Safety clearance from trees, structures, and power lines
Every site is inspected and engineered for safety, sustainability, and optimal rider experience.
Anchors & Structural Design
Zip line anchors must handle extreme horizontal loads of 700 to 3700 kg.
We use only engineer-approved anchor points, never weak or unsafe structures such as old trees, buildings, or utility poles.
Materials:
MS Pipes (Jindal/TATA) — Seamless 8-inch diameter, 12.7 mm wall thickness (54 kg/m)
Posts are set 4 feet deep (or 10% of post length + 2 feet), secured in 12–18 inch concrete foundations
Guy Cables & Ground Anchors:
6-inch MS Pipes, 6.3 mm wall thickness (25.2 kg/m)
Anchored with proper tension and concrete base for long-term stability

Zip Line Designs : We offer a wide range of zip line configurations:
Center Dismount Zip Line : Riders glide down to a midpoint “belly” and gently return for a central dismount. Ideal for long zips (up to 5,000 ft).
Walk-Up Landing Zip Line : Used in most commercial tours — riders land on a platform or ground deck. Braking systems ensure safe, predictable stops.
Tower-to-Tower Zip Lines : Perfect for amusement and water parks — steel tower systems under 800 ft with stair access for all ages.
Pole & Steel Mount Zip Lines : Fully customizable — can span over cliffs, canyons, or open terrain (up to 5,000 ft). Designed for complete control over height, speed, and configuration.
Braking Systems : Safety doesn’t stop at design — it continues through reliable braking technology.

✅ Bungee Brake : Our preferred braking system — absorbs impact using bungee cords for smooth, controlled stops.
